I have sampled three of your hot sauces: the lime garlic, the lime peppa and the HOT lime peppa. I found each sauce to have such a unique distinction and therefore I cannot pick a favourite. I love all three for different reasons and for different uses/dishes. All of the bottles of hot sauce I have in my fridge just sit on the shelf now because it's The Persaud Original that I reach for! The Lime Peppa is awesome! It is spicy but has a fresh citrus flavor. --great with fish or meats and gives sandwiches a real zing. There's nothing else out there quite like it. John and Linda

I add "Lime Peppa" to my homemade salad dressings, Caesars (drink) and salsas, Amazing! A delicious blend of lime ending with a spicy kick. I recommend purchasing multiple bottles as it will disappear fast. Dan G
